We practice what we teach. From a caravan.
This whole business runs from the road. Tracy and Pete, two dogs called Obi and Lando, and a cat named Watson who supervises from the van. Home is somewhere between a caravan and Evans Head on Bundjalung Country.
The point is not the lifestyle. The point is what it proves. You do not need a big office and a big team to run a serious operation. You need good systems, clear guardrails, and AI doing the heavy lifting so the humans can do the work that matters. Human-led. AI-leveraged. Lived, not just said.
Since January, home base has moved with the work. Every dot is a night on the road. Every pin is a room full of people getting practical about AI. This is what human-led, AI-leveraged looks like when you actually live it.
