This website is operated by Unusual Comms Pty Ltd (ABN 69 627 971 233), trading as Tracy Sheen and The Digital Guide. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, organisation and any message content when you contact us via our contact form. We do not collect payment information directly (payments are processed by Stripe). We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, send resources you have requested, and occasionally send updates about Tracy's work where you have indicated interest. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions are stored on Australian-based servers (Supabase, Sydney region). Email communications are managed via Google Workspace. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information and to request deletion of your information. To exercise these rights, contact us at tracy@thedigitalguide.com.au.
